The Roll to Roll Heat Press Machine------An indispensable part of the transfer process

  Hi,so glad that you still have patience to click my blog and read my articles.In the last articles I introduced you a lot of sublimation products such as the sublimation ink ,sublimation paper ,sublimation printer in different banners .Today I will share an indispensable part of the transfer to all of you.That is roll to roll heat press machine. This machine is nearly the last part of the transfer process so of course I will teach you how to use this machine.

  Firstly have a brief introduction of this roll to roll heat press machine.Rotary heat press machine is special design for those large but roll products, such as fabric, textile, curtain, mouse pad, etc sublimation by oil roller drum heating, roller drum and fabrics should be same speed. our this size 420x1700mm printing speed can reach 4-5 meter per minute.
 Then how can we operate it?
 1. Open the power master switch, blanket carry button, blankets into the blanket and instructs the buzzer shiny sing at the same time, blanket instructions in place after the buzzer lights went out, and then press the start button, the machine start, adjusted the roller speed (note: the machine must use appropriate secure protection ground wire).
 2. Set the thermostat to the desired temperature, (usually about 230 degree, speed is about 19 turn, the heating time for 50 minutes or so);Set forward or reverse, the heat transfer machine rolling, REV said the reversal of FWD said forward, STOP/RESET said outage)
Note: set the inverter positive &negative, please stop the frequency converter set up positive &negative, again after the machine factory has been set to forward.

  3. Manual adjustment clockwise to "tune", counterclockwise as "tight", first ask a blanket and drum surface has a good interface, can drive roller rotation until the blanket shall prevail (note: the new oil drum heat transfer machine in general, do not need to adjust the blanket, machine with adjustable belt function can be automatically automatic correction).

What’s the Difference Between Sticky Sublimation Transfer Paper And Sublimation Paper?

For sublimation transfer paper , we generally divide it into 2 types: the fast dry sublimation paper and the sticky sublimation paper. But most people just know the fast dry sublimation paper, because the applications of sticky paper is limited. But sometimes, sticky paper is also important. Tacky sublimation paper is one type of sublimation paper with a tackified coating. The tackified coating will be activated by heat. After the tackified coating is activated, it will adhere to the textile very firmly, so after the transfer is finished and when you lift the press up, the paper will still firmly adhere to the textile, it prevents the paper and textile from moving, the ghosting will not occur.
