Fast Dry Sublimation Paper
1.The Tilted Up of The Sublimation Paper
  In sublimation printing process , we may always meet this problem that the crimp of the sublimation paper.Then how can we avoid this ?the following two tips may help you.

 

  a. The reason why your sublimation paper
 crimp may because your paper is your light. Then one useful step is that you can put the sublimation paper inside and making the indoor humidity increased to more than 60%. Make the sublimation paper in this environment for about 2 hours. Then your sublimation paper will be heavier than before and the crimp of the sublimation paper may be better than before.

  b. The second way to solve this problem may be more practical than before. That is making a tablet on your digital sublimation printer by yourself . Then in the process of printing process your paper will keeping  suppressed by the tablet (just like the  picture).

2.The Wave of The Sublimation Paper
  This situation usually happen in the sublimation paper between 50gsm to 80gsm. Just because the light weight sublimation paper are too thin and the amount of the inkjet is too large you paper can't bear it.
  In order to solve this problem you should keep the indoor temperature between 25℃ to 26℃ and the humidity between 40 to 60, keep the ink loading between 200 to 250. Also have a good choice of the high quality sublimation transfer ink is also very important. Because the sublimation ink in  a bad quality must contain with too much water. 


3.The Bad Smell of The Sublimation Paper
  The bad smell of the sublimation transfer paper always happen in summer. Just because the manufacturer of the sublimation paper making the fermentation time too long and makes the bad smell. 
  For this problem, the most useful step is just open the sublimation paper and put it into a ventilated position for about 48 hours.

Sticky Sublimation Paper
  In the sticky sublimation paper , the most common problem is that the fabric turns yellow after the transfer. This  because there is a special chemical on the surface of the sticky sublimation paper. It also need to choose the suitable fabric for it to transfer.
  So before you buy the sticky sublimation paper we suggest you have a sample test of your fabric first. And if the fabric getting yellow you can ask your supplier send you the other
model of the sticky sublimation paper. Until the surface of the fabric is good you can buy it later.

What’s the Difference Between Sticky Sublimation Transfer Paper And Sublimation Paper?

For sublimation transfer paper , we generally divide it into 2 types: the fast dry sublimation paper and the sticky sublimation paper. But most people just know the fast dry sublimation paper, because the applications of sticky paper is limited. But sometimes, sticky paper is also important. Tacky sublimation paper is one type of sublimation paper with a tackified coating. The tackified coating will be activated by heat. After the tackified coating is activated, it will adhere to the textile very firmly, so after the transfer is finished and when you lift the press up, the paper will still firmly adhere to the textile, it prevents the paper and textile from moving, the ghosting will not occur.
