How to solve the ghosting on heat sublimation paper transfer?

    In heat transfer printing process, there is often a phenomenon of ghosting. Printing duplicate is one of the common printing faults. Although it can not be observed directly by vision, it enlarges the area of dots and makes the sharp angle of edges worse. It affects the tone and color restoration of the image, and reduces the definition of the image, seriously affecting the printing quality. In the process of transfer, how can the sublimation transfer paper remove the ghost and achieve the best condition in the process of printing?

1.Reduce the speed of increase. We can adjust the cylinder (or hydraulic cylinder) speed control valve (throttle valve or throttle valve) on the plate heat transfer press, shut down the valve to control the pressure plate lifting, so that the speed of the pressure plate lifting slower, so that the paper and cloth can not be easily sucked up together when the pressure plate lifting, so as to avoid falling down the second turn. The problem of printing produces double shadows.
2.Four dipping method. If the dye sublimation paper is smaller than the fabric, a little water (a little bit, < 0.5 square centimeter) can be coated on the four corners of the transfer paper without the printing pattern and then covered on the fabric. The place where the transfer paper is dipped in the water is bonded to the fabric, so that the transfer paper will not be misplaced with the fabric to produce a second transfer copy. After printing, if the water on the fabric is yellow, it can be erased with water.
3. Covering method. If the transfer paper is larger than the fabric, it can cover the surface of the fabric, then the paper and the fabric generally will not be absorbed by the hot-pressed plate, because the physical reason for the absorption is the static effect of the fabric, when the paper covered the fabric after the separation of the static effect on the fabric, it will not be absorbed and dropped down the secondary transfer.
4. Use special sticky sublimation transfer paper. The best way to avoid duplication is to use special adhesive transfer paper, which will be pasted with the fabric during transfer, so that no matter how the paper and the fabric are sucked up and dropped, the paper and the fabric will always stick together, eliminating the possibility of duplication caused by displacement. The use of adhesive paper can greatly improve the operation. Convenience and qualified rate of mass production.
