The influence of high temperature environment on sublimation printers

In the high temperature environment, the problem of printing products is not only the temperature, but also the indoor humidity control. Because the weather is hot and dry, often appear after a period of time to use the print head "plug" phenomenon, if not repaired in time, to affect the normal work and learning, and a long time will cause permanent "plug", causing the print head can not be repaired and scrapped that is a big trouble. Then how can we avoid it?
1.Pay attention to dust prevention in high temperature environment
     High temperature and dry climate, the movement of dust in the air will be accelerated, printers in use for a period of time will often appear in the print head "plug" phenomenon, plug on the one hand because of the high temperature of ink evaporation, on the other hand, because the dust in the air will block the print head. So dustproof is an important task for sublimation printer maintenance. Users can use a soft wet cloth to wipe away the dust, stains, ink stains and scraps of paper inside the inkjet printer to remove dust. Secondly, the user can install a dust-proof cover for the printer or place it in a more closed room.
2.Dust removal should not be forgotten
    Maintenance of printers is more about moisture than dust, such as in rainy summer, printer work will also have many problems. When we use a printer, we may find that the printed pattern is dim and easy to blur. This is because the sublimation paper is exposed to the humid air for a long time. At the same time, the ink in the printer will absorb moisture, resulting in the phenomenon of blurred handwriting. We keep the paper dry and do not expose the paper to the air for a long time. Users can also place small packets of desiccant in food near the sublimation transfer printer.
High temperature direct drying is not advisable
    Printer should be placed in high temperature and direct sunlight environment, inkjet printer the most suitable working temperature is 22 ~25 ~C, humidity is 40%~70%, the printer had better be arranged in the appropriate place of light-proof temperature. High ambient temperature will bake the printed products, which will lead to the rapid old saying of plastic products on the printed products, and ultimately affect the normal use of users.
