And now I will have a summary, share you some common problems in the whole sublimation printing process. Hope you can pay attention to this and make your sublimation printing get a better effect in the future.
Check Nozzle
Before you doing your sublimation digital inkjet printing, you should better have a check if the color of the nozzle and patterns have closed.For example, if your image has a red tint or other color tints, there’s a high chance that it is because your nozzles are not firing properly in your sublimation printer. Every time before we doing our digital inkjet printing so that I can make sure if the nozzles are firing. Doing the daily nozzle check can also help you prevent the clog of the print head. If you can really check any problems of your print head about the color you can clean it firstly through your OEM printer driver or through the power driver that you downloaded. And then, perform another nozzle check.
Printing Side of Sublimation Paper
In one article of my website I have shared you some tips about how to distinguish the right side of the sublimation paper. Choosing a right printing is really important, it can help you make your print and transfer effect getting better and have a much more brilliant color. There is a small tip that the coated side of the sublimation paper is brighter than the uncoated side, so make sure your patterns are printed on the brighter side.

This problems sounds impossible. But you should know from the application of the paper, the sublimation paper and the base paper all in white and felt very similar to each other. The biggest difference is that there are coatings on the base paper. So before you use it you should compare the sides of the paper to tell sublimation paper and plain paper apart.The coated side is usually brighter than the uncoated side. With plain papers, both sides will be the same brightness.
